This is located right next to JR Akihabra Station, your guide will be waiting by the entrance holding a visible phone screen with the Tokyo Vibes logo or your name.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or by phone call and are subject to charges:
72 hours or more before the tour or experience date: 100% refund of the tour cost.
24 to 72 hours before the tour or experience date: 50% refund of the tour cost.
24 hours or less before the tour or experience date: No refund.
In case of force majeure, natural disaster, guide cancellation, disruption in the public and private transportation we will issue a 100% refund.
